Sobre a oportunidade

Buscamos Advogado(a) Júnior para atuação na área de Contencioso Cível. O profissional será responsável pelo acompanhamento estratégico e operacional de processos judiciais, contribuindo para a condução das demandas e para a recuperação de valores de clientes.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Atuar no acompanhamento de processos de Contencioso Cível;
  • Elaborar peças processuais de diferentes níveis de complexidade, incluindo petições, manifestações e recursos;
  • Realizar análise processual e acompanhamento de prazos;
  • Realizar pesquisas de jurisprudência e legislação aplicáveis aos casos;
  • Apoiar a definição de estratégias processuais;
  • Elaborar relatórios e atualizações sobre o andamento dos processos;
  • Interagir com clientes e áreas internas, quando necessário;
  • Realizar diligências e acompanhar as etapas necessárias para o andamento dos processos.
  • Graduação completa em Direito;
  • Experiência profissional em Contencioso Estratégico;
  • Vivência em escritório
