The posting

Sobre a posição Atuação na estruturação e no desenvolvimento jurídico de projetos de infraestrutura e setores regulados, com foco em concessões, Parcerias Público-Privadas (PPPs), contratos administrativos e Direito Regulatório.

No time de Infraestrutura, a atuação será próxima a clientes públicos e privados e a equipes multidisciplinares, participando de projetos desde a modelagem jurídica até a gestão contratual.

A posição envolve temas que conectam Direito, regulação, engenharia, finanças e estratégia, em projetos de diferentes setores da infraestrutura.

Principais responsabilidades

Analisar normas regulatórias e requisitos jurídicos aplicáveis a setores como rodovias, ferrovias, portos, saneamento, resíduos sólidos, mineração, entre outros; Participar da estruturação de projetos de concessão e PPPs, em conjunto com consultorias de engenharia, financeira e ambiental; Contribuir para a definição de modelagens contratuais e alocação de riscos; Atuar na elaboração de modelagens jurídico-institucionais, inclusive em projetos estruturados por meio de Procedimentos de Manifestação de Interesse (PMIs); Assessorar clientes em licitações e leilões de infraestrutura; Atuar em pedidos de reequilíbrio econômico-financeiro e revisões contratuais; Apoiar a estruturação jurídica de operações de financiamento e garantias para empreendimentos de infraestrutura; Elaborar pareceres jurídicos e opiniões legais sobre temas estratégicos dos projetos.
