The posting

Estamos ampliando nossa equipe de Contencioso, Mediação e Arbitragem e buscamos um profissional de advocacia em início de carreira, mas que já tenha alguma experiência prática e familiaridade com a dinâmica do contencioso estratégico.

O que você irá fazer

  • Atuar em processos de Contencioso Cível Estratégico, especialmente em disputas empresariais, societárias e contratuais;
  • Analisar casos, documentos e riscos processuais, identificando possíveis caminhos para condução das demandas;
  • Elaborar petições, manifestações, recursos, memorandos e outros documentos jurídicos;
  • Apoiar a definição e o desenvolvimento de estratégias processuais;
  • Atuar em demandas relacionadas à recuperação de crédito;
  • Realizar pesquisas de legislação, doutrina e jurisprudência aplicáveis aos casos;
  • Acompanhar processos, prazos, diligências e demais etapas necessárias ao andamento das demandas;
  • Participar de alinhamentos com a equipe e, quando aplicável, da interface com clientes e outras áreas do escritório.

O que buscamos

  • Graduação completa em Direito;
  • Experiência prévia em Contencioso Cível Estratégico, adquirida desde o estágio ou já como pessoa advogada;
  • Vivência com casos de maior complexidade.
  • Vivência em escritório de advocacia.

Será considerado um diferencial:

  • Pós-graduação ou formação complementar relacionada à área;
  • Experiência com disputas societárias, contratos empresariais ou recuperação de crédito;
