Roles and Responsibilities Job scope:

- Provide courteous and efficient services to the customers - Attend and respond to customers' needs promptly and professionally - Respond to customer complaints and inquiries - Provide positive customer service in all areas - Manage and take all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied customers into return customers - Meet and greet customers at all time - Advise and promote to customers - Adhere to operation's standard operating procedures - Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements: - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Friendly, approachable and customer-oriented personality - Able to work independently and a good team player - Able to handle customer and domestic helper complaints and enquiries patiently and professionally - Training will be provided for candidates without experience - Preferably with CEI certificate
