En MartiDerm llevamos desde 1952 cuidando la salud de la piel a través de la ciencia, la innovación y la dermocosmética de alta eficacia. Fuimos pioneros en la categoría de ampollas y hoy seguimos creciendo y acercando nuestras soluciones a consumidores de todo el mundo.

Actualmente buscamos incorporar una Dermoconsejera para representar nuestra marca en Dermacare, dando cobertura de manera rotativa a los puntos de venta de Lilas y Pabellón Bosques, en CDMX.

Tu misión

Serás la persona encargada de acercar MartiDerm al consumidor en el punto de venta, ofreciendo un asesoramiento personalizado sobre el cuidado de la piel y recomendando los productos y rutinas más adecuados para cada necesidad.

Tu objetivo será proporcionar una excelente experiencia de marca y contribuir al crecimiento de las ventas en los puntos de venta asignados.

¿Qué harás?

  • Asesorar de forma personalizada sobre productos y rutinas dermocosméticas.
  • Detectar las necesidades de cada consumidor y recomendar las soluciones MartiDerm más adecuadas.
  • Dar a conocer los beneficios, activos y modo de utilización de nuestros productos.
  • Impulsar la venta y trabajar orientada al cumplimiento de los objetivos de sell out.
  • Realizar demostraciones y favorecer la prueba de producto.
  • Garantizar una excelente experiencia de cliente.
  • Cuidar la imagen y correcta exposición de MartiDerm en el punto de venta.
  • Apoyar promociones, campañas y lanzamientos de producto.
  • Realizar seguimiento y reporte de la actividad comercial.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Experiencia previa en venta y atención al cliente, idealmente en dermocosmética, cosmética, belleza, skincare, farmacia o retail especializado.
  • Interés y pasión por el cuidado de la piel y la dermocosmética.
  • Perfil comercial y orientación a objetivos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y asesoramiento.
  • Actitud cercana, profesional y orientada al cliente.
  • Proactividad y dinamismo.
  • Disponibilidad para rotar entre Dermacare Lilas y Dermacare Pabellón Bosques.

Valoraremos especialmente experiencia previa como dermoconsejera, demostradora de belleza, beauty advisor, promotora o asesora dermocosmética.
