¿Te apasiona la dermocosmética, la formación y el contacto directo con el punto de venta? ¿Disfrutas asesorando, formando equipos de farmacia y convirtiendo ese conocimiento en resultados?

En MartiDerm buscamos incorporar un/a Training & Sell Out Consultant para desarrollar nuestra marca en el canal farmacia de Barcelona y provincia.

Buscamos una persona dinámica, cercana y con orientación comercial, capaz de convertirse en un referente de MartiDerm para los equipos de farmacia de su territorio.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Tu misión será impulsar el sell out de MartiDerm en las farmacias de tu zona, trabajando directamente con sus equipos para aumentar su conocimiento de la marca, mejorar la recomendación al consumidor y garantizar una excelente ejecución en el punto de venta.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

  • Visitarás de forma planificada las farmacias de Barcelona y provincia, incluyendo zonas como Manresa, Igualada, Sant Cugat y Sabadell.
  • Formarás a los equipos de farmacia sobre nuestros productos, activos, protocolos y novedades.
  • Realizarás formaciones, demostraciones y acciones de sell out en el punto de venta.
  • Asesorarás directamente al consumidor durante las jornadas y activaciones programadas.
  • Detectarás oportunidades para aumentar la recomendación y rotación de MartiDerm.
  • Motivarás y acompañarás a los equipos de farmacia para convertirlos en auténticos prescriptores de la marca.
  • Garantizarás una correcta visibilidad, exposición e imagen de MartiDerm.
  • Analizarás el resultado de las acciones realizadas y realizarás seguimiento de los principales indicadores de sell out.
  • Trabajarás estrechamente con los equipos comercial y de marketing para ejecutar los planes definidos para tu territorio.
  • Recogerás insights de farmacia, consumidor y competencia que nos ayuden a seguir mejorando.

¿Qué buscamos?

Nos gustaría incorporar una persona con:

  • Experiencia previa en formación, sell out, asesoramiento o venta en punto de venta, preferiblemente en canal farmacia.
  • Muy valorable experiencia previa en dermocosmética, cosmética, skincare o belleza.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para dinamizar formaciones.
  • Orientación comercial y a resultados.
  • Pasión por el producto y por la experiencia de cliente.
  • Capacidad para establecer relaciones de confianza con los equipos de farmacia.
  • Autonomía, organización y buena planificación de rutas y visitas.
  • Perfil dinámico, resolutivo y acostumbrado a trabajar sobre el terreno.
  • Carnet de conducir y disponibilidad para desplazarte habitualmente por Barcelona y provincia.
