En MartiDerm llevamos desde 1952 cuidando la salud de la piel a través de la ciencia, la innovación y la dermocosmética de alta eficacia. Fuimos pioneros en la categoría de ampollas y hoy seguimos creciendo internacionalmente manteniendo la innovación y la eficacia como parte de nuestro ADN.

Actualmente buscamos incorporar una Dermoconsejera en Tijuana para dar cobertura a nuestros puntos de venta en Gusher Palmas y ULTA Beauty Península Tijuana.

Tu misión

Serás embajadora de MartiDerm ante el consumidor, proporcionando un asesoramiento personalizado y experto sobre el cuidado de la piel.

Tu papel será clave tanto para ofrecer una excelente experiencia de marca como para impulsar el sell out y aumentar la visibilidad de MartiDerm en los puntos de venta asignados.

¿Qué harás?

  • Asesorar de manera personalizada sobre cuidado de la piel.
  • Detectar las necesidades del consumidor y recomendar productos y rutinas MartiDerm.
  • Explicar los beneficios, activos y modo de utilización de nuestros productos.
  • Realizar demostraciones y fomentar la prueba de producto.
  • Impulsar las ventas y trabajar orientada al cumplimiento de objetivos.
  • Garantizar una excelente experiencia de cliente.
  • Mantener una correcta imagen y exposición de MartiDerm.
  • Apoyar acciones promocionales, campañas y lanzamientos.
  • Realizar seguimiento y reporte de la actividad comercial.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Experiencia previa en venta y atención al cliente.
  • Muy valorable experiencia en cosmética, dermocosmética, skincare, belleza, farmacia, perfumería o retail especializado.
  • Pasión por el cuidado de la piel.
  • Perfil comercial y orientación a resultados.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y asesoramiento.
  • Actitud positiva, cercana y profesional.
  • Proactividad y dinamismo.
  • Disponibilidad para dar cobertura a Gusher Palmas y ULTA Beauty Península Tijuana.

Valoraremos especialmente experiencia previa como dermoconsejera, beauty advisor, demostradora de belleza, promotora o asesora de cosmética.
