Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Implementar e acompanhar os procedimentos e padrões de qualidade da obra.
  • Realizar inspeções de serviços executados, verificando a conformidade com projetos, especificações técnicas e normas aplicáveis.
  • Elaborar, acompanhar e controlar fichas de verificação de serviços (FVS) e registros de inspeção.
  • Identificar não conformidades, acompanhar planos de ação e verificar a eficácia das tratativas.
  • Acompanhar ensaios, testes e recebimento de materiais.
  • Garantir a organização e atualização dos registros e documentos da qualidade.
  • Atuar em conjunto com as equipes de Engenharia, Produção e empresas terceirizadas para prevenir falhas, reduzir retrabalhos e assegurar a qualidade das entregas.
  • Acompanhar auditorias internas e externas e apoiar o cumprimento dos requisitos do sistema de gestão da qualidade.
  • Formação técnica ou superior em Engenharia Civil, Arquitetura, Gestão da Qualidade ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência com controle da qualidade em obras de construção civil.
  • Conhecimento em procedimentos de inspeção, controle de não conformidades e documentação técnica.
  • Conhecimento em normas técnicas e sistemas de gestão da qualidade, preferencialmente ISO 9001 e PBQP-H.
  • Organização, boa comunicação, proatividade e capacidade de relacionamento com equipes de campo.

  • Boa comunicação, facilitando alinhamento entre equipes de campo, engenharia e clientes.
  • Proatividade para identificar oportunidades de melhoria e antecipar problemas.

  • Capacidade de influenciar positivamente a equipe, promovendo a cultura da qualidade em todos os níveis do projeto.

Local de Atuação: Jundiaí - São Paulo. Modelo de trabalho: Presencial.
