Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Gestão de Engenharia de Valor: Analisar criticamente o projeto para identificar oportunidades de inovação e soluções técnicas que tragam economia e eficiência para o cliente;
  • Gestão de Contrato & Compliance: Garantir o cumprimento rigoroso das cláusulas contratuais, realizando a gestão de pleitos (claims), aditivos e interface jurídica/comercial;
  • Gestão de Custos e Orçamentos: garantindo que o orçamento planejado seja respeitado e buscando maximizar a rentabilidade através de uma gestão de suprimentos e recursos inteligente;
  • Planejamento Estratégico: Liderar o cronograma macro, antecipando riscos (milestones) e definindo planos de ação para garantir a entrega no prazo;
  • Gestão de Pessoas e Cultura: Liderar e inspirar equipes multidisciplinares, promovendo um ambiente de alta performance, segurança do trabalho e foco em qualidade;
  • Interface com Cliente: Atuar como o principal ponto de contato, transmitindo confiança através de relatórios precisos e uma postura consultiva.
  • Sólida experiência em gestão de obras de grande porte no setores industrial, logístico, comercial ou hospitalar;
  • Formação em Engenharia Civil;
  • Desejável Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão de Projetos ou Gestão Empresarial;
  • Habilidades excepcionais de comunicação e resolução de problemas;
  • Capacidade de adaptação e resiliência em situações desafiadoras;
  • Gestão de pessoas e conflitos;
  • Comprometimento com a qualidade do produto, segurança do trabalho e pessoas;
  • Domínio em metodologias de Planejamento e Controle de Custos;
  • Visão apurada para Inovação e Soluções Técnicas (Engenharia de Valor);
  • Habilidade de negociação e gestão de stakeholders.
