Principais Responsabilidades

  • Definir premissas técnicas e soluções de projeto alinhadas às necessidades do cliente e às diretrizes do empreendimento;
  • Acompanhar e gerir projetistas, assegurando cumprimento de cronogramas e escopos contratados;
  • Realizar controle e compatibilização de projetos, antecipando interferências e mitigando riscos para a execução da obra;
  • Avaliar tecnicamente as entregas dos projetistas, garantindo aderência ao escopo, qualidade e viabilidade executiva;
  • Atuar com visão integrada de custo (Capex), custo operacional (Opex) e planejamento;
  • Desenvolver estudos de engenharia de valor, buscando otimização de custos sem comprometer desempenho;
  • Pesquisar e propor soluções inovadoras, novos métodos construtivos e tecnologias;
  • Participar de reuniões técnicas com clientes, projetistas e fornecedores, viabilizando soluções e garantindo integração entre disciplina
  • Identificar e analisar riscos técnicos por meio de análises críticas de projeto;
  • Comunicar riscos, mudanças de escopo e impactos ao gerente de projeto e obra;
  • Dar suporte técnico às equipes de campo, assegurando a correta aplicação das soluções de projeto.
  • Formação superior em Arquitetura ou Engenharia Civil ;
  • Experiência em coordenação e compatibilização de projetos;
  • Conhecimento em normas técnicas aplicáveis ao desenvolvimento de projetos;
  • Experiência com Navisworks (compatibilização);
  • Conhecimento em Revit;
  • Vivência com análise de viabilidade técnica e engenharia de valor.

  • Avalia soluções técnicas de forma integrada (projeto, custo e execução), antecipando riscos e garantindo viabilidade;
  • Gerencia projetistas, compatibiliza disciplinas e assegura cumprimento de prazos e escopos;
  • Atua de forma colaborativa com clientes, equipes e fornecedores, propondo soluções, inovações e melhorias contínuas.
