Principais responsabilidades:

  • Apoiar a organização e o arquivamento de documentos financeiros.
  • Auxiliar na atualização de planilhas e controles simples.
  • Separar comprovantes e documentos para conferência da equipe.
  • Apoiar o registro e o acompanhamento de solicitações internas.
  • Digitalizar, nomear e armazenar arquivos conforme os procedimentos da área.
  • Auxiliar na preparação de relatórios administrativos básicos.
  • Prestar suporte às rotinas de contas a pagar e contas a receber, sempre sob orientação.
  • Participar dos treinamentos e das atividades teóricas do programa de aprendizagem.
  • Estar cursando ou ter concluído o Ensino Médio, conforme os critérios do programa.
  • Ter interesse em aprender sobre rotinas administrativas e financeiras.
  • Conhecimento básico de informática e do Pacote Office.
  • Boa comunicação oral e escrita.
