Concrètement, Matera propose aux propriétaire-bailleurs une plateforme pour leur permettre de reprendre la main et de gérer leurs biens en location en autonomie. Les bailleurs peuvent également souscrire à des options supplémentaires, comme, la mise en location du bien ou encore une garantie loyers impayés.

Description du poste

Nous recherchons un agent indépendant dans le cadre de missions ponctuelles d’état des lieux et de visites locatives. Ce poste requiert une attention particulière aux détails ainsi qu’une excellente capacité à communiquer avec les clients.

Missions

  • Réalisation d’états des lieux d’entrée et/ou de sortie
  • Organisation et réalisation de visites locatives

Processus de recrutement

  1. Étude du CV
  2. Entretien visio de 30 minutes, avec Élodie, Responsable du pôle mise en location.
  3. Si la candidature est retenue, envoi du mandat afin de formaliser la collaboration.

Conditions requises

  • Disposer d’un mobile ou d’une tablette pour la réalisation des états des lieux
  • Assurance RC Pro en cours de validité
  • Statut de travailleur indépendant
  • Permis B et véhicule personnel

Profil recherché

  • Rigueur, minutie et diplomatie
  • Excellentes qualités relationnelles
  • Expérience dans le secteur immobilier, incluant la réalisation d’EDL et de visites
  • Disponibilité flexible, avec possibilité d’intervention en dehors des heures de bureau
  • Aisance avec les outils numériques
