In a nutshell:

Als Finance Manager (m/w/d) bist du bei uns genau richtig, wenn du Zahlen liebst, Prozesse von Grund auf aufbauen möchtest und gerne zwischen Deutschland und Frankreich zwei Rechnungslegungswelten vermittelst. Arbeite mit uns in Berlin im Office oder flexibel hybrid. Starte ab sofort oder in den nächsten 3 Monaten, unbefristet und in Vollzeit

Deine Rolle bei Matera:

  • Du verantwortest die Finance Operations der deutschen GmbH: Cash Management, Bankabstimmung, Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung sowie Abo-Billing und Zahlungseinzug (u. a. Spendesk, Chargebee, GoCardless)
  • Du sorgst für termingerechte Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB und arbeitest dabei eng mit externen Buchhalterinnen und Steuerberaterinnen zusammen
  • Du erstellst das monatliche Reporting (GuV, Liquidität) und speist es in das Konzernreporting für CFO und Head of Finance ein
  • Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für Wirtschaftsprüfer*innen und Finanzbehörden und stellst die Einhaltung der deutschen Umsatzsteuer-Meldungen sicher
  • Du führst und entwickelst ein kleines Finance-Team und treibst gemeinsam mit dem Finance-Team in Paris Automatisierungen und neue Tools voran

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du hast mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Finance bzw. Accounting, idealerweise in einer Unternehmensgruppe mit mehreren Gesellschaften
  • Du hast fundierte HGB-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit Jahresabschlussprüfungen; Kenntnisse des französischen Plan Comptable Général sind ein starkes Plus
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert und hast Lust, in einer Scale-up-Umgebung Prozesse von Grund auf aufzubauen
  • Du bringst starke Excel-/Google-Sheets-Skills mit und interessierst dich für Finance-Automatisierung (z. B. No-Code, BI, KI-Tools); Erfahrung mit Chargebee, GoCardless oder Spendesk ist von Vorteil
  • Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch fließend, Französisch ist von Vorteil
