Wir suchen dich als Buchhalter Immobilien (m/w/d), wenn du weg von staubigen Ordnern möchtest und unsere Kund*innen aus der WEG-Verwaltung, digital glücklich machen möchtest. Arbeite mit uns in Berlin im Office oder flexibel hybrid, München (hybrid), Köln (hybrid), Hamburg (hybrid) oder Stuttgart (hybrid). Vollzeit. Starte ab sofort oder in den nächsten 4 Monaten.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Immobilien.
  • Du bist geübt im Umgang mit digitalen Tools und mit moderner Hardware.
  • Du suchst gerne Fehler und magst es, Lösungen für komplexe Probleme in der Buchhaltung zu finden
  • Du bist Kunden- und Zielorientiert
  • Du sprichst Deutsch auf gutem Niveau (mind. C1)

Deine Rolle bei Matera:

  • Du übernimmst die Buchhaltung deiner Kund*innen (dafür erhältst du bei deiner Ankunft eine strukturierte Schulung)
  • Du kümmerst dich um das Begleichen von Rechnungen und überwachst den Cashflow
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren lokalen Verwalter*innen erstellst du die Jahresabrechnungen für Eigentümergemeinschaften
  • Du bringst Ideen ein, um unsere Tools und Abläufe im Bereich der Immobilienbuchhaltung weiterzuentwickeln
