Matera lance son réseau de conseiller·es immobiliers indépendants pour répondre à la demande provenant de ses activités de syndic et de gestion locative, sur toute la France.

En tant qu’agent·e immobilier expérimenté·e, tu seras en charge des transactions sur ta zone d’expertise, et du développement de ta région pour Matera.

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un profil avec une forte expertise en immobilier sur son secteur, un esprit entrepreneurial et l’ambition de co-créer avec nous un réseau immobilier d’exception.

Tes missions :

  • Être en charge du développement de notre activité transaction immobilière dans son secteur
  • Fournir un service et un accompagnement de qualité liés aux projets de vente et d’achat pour tous nos clients syndic et gestion locative
  • Assurer le développement commercial de Matera syndic et gestion locative grâce à notre programme d’apporteur d’affaire
  • Traitement des leads entrants vendeurs que nous vous apportons

Tu as :

  • Entre 3 et 10 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de négociateur immobilier ou directeur d’agence
  • Une solide expérience du marché immobilier de ton secteur
  • Tu as le sens du service client
  • Tu as un excellent relationnel
  • Tu sais travailler en autonomie
