Deine Rolle bei Matera:

  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Kund*innen zu verschiedensten Fragestellungen sowie Beauftragung und Koordination von Dienstleistern, sowohl telefonisch als auch per Mail
  • Verteilung der eingehenden Anfragen auf die zuständigen Teams
  • Smarte Automatisierung der bestehenden Abläufe
  • Aufbau einer Wissensbasis für wiederkehrende Fragen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du gehst Probleme kreativ an und bleibst dran, bis du die perfekte Lösung gefunden hast
  • Du hast Spaß am Kontakt mit Menschen
  • Du hast ein gutes Zahlenverständnis
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit Immobilien, oder Recht sind von Vorteil, aber nicht notwendig
  • Du sprichst Deutsch auf sehr gutem Niveau und kannst sicher auf Englisch kommunizieren
