Matera lance son réseau de conseiller·es immobiliers indépendants pour répondre à un nombre de projets de vente croissant provenant de ses activités de syndic et de gestion locative, sur toute la France.

En tant qu’agent immobilier expérimenté, tu prendras un rôle clé à l’échelle locale : développer et animer le réseau Matera, accompagner nos clients copropriétaires dans leurs projets de vente, et faire le lien avec nos équipes centrales.

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un profil avec une forte expertise en immobilier sur son secteur, un esprit entrepreneurial et l’ambition de co-créer avec nous un réseau immobilier d’exception.

Objectifs :

  1. Créer et gérer le réseau Matera à l'échelle locale
  • Production personnelle : Réalisation de ses propres ventes, en s'appuyant sur les clients Matera et son réseau local.
  • Formation : Accompagner l’intégration et la montée en compétence des nouveaux mandataires.
  • Animation : Créer une dynamique collective
  • Rétention : Suivre les performances, détecter les signaux de décrochage et renforcer l’engagement des mandataires.
  • Recrutement : Identifier et recommander les meilleurs profils pour renforcer le réseau localement.

2. Référent Transaction copropriétés Matera

  • Apporter du conseil lié à la vente immobilière aux clients Matera syndic et Gestion locative
  • Traiter les demandes entrantes de nos clients
  • Être un vecteur de croissance pour nos offres Syndic et Gestion locative en tant qu'apporteur d'affaire

3. Lien avec l'équipe centrale Matera

  • Centraliser les retours du terrain à l'échelle locale
  • Coordonner les actions marketing local dans sa ville

Statut & Rémunération

  • Statut : freelance
  • Rémunération : • 2 000 € fixe / mois pour la mission de management • Variable : commission sur la production personnelle + production de l’équipe

Idéalement, tu as

  • Entre 3 et 10 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de négociateur immobilier ou directeur d’agence
  • Une solide expérience du marché immobilier de ton secteur
  • Le sens du service client
  • Un excellent relationnel
  • Travailler en autonomie
