Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die Projektsteuerung und Kommunikation für zwei unserer größten Kunden.
  • Du agierst als souveräner*r Ansprechpartner*in auf Augenhöhe, berätst unsere Kunden bei kreativen Impulsen und präsentierst überzeugende Designkonzepte.
  • Du bist Mentor*in für ein Team aus Creative Designer*innen und übersetzt Kundenanforderungen in klare Briefings und stellst höchste Qualitätsstandards sicher.
  • Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit dem Creative Art Director, um visionäre Ideen in tragfähige Konzepte zu übersetzen.
  • Über Asana steuerst du den gesamten Kreativprozess präzise von der Feststellung der Designanforderungen über das Feedback bis hin zur finalen Freigabe durch den Kunden.
  • Du erstellst fundierte Kostenvoranschläge (KVAs), behältst Ressourcen im Blick und sorgst durch strukturierte Kalkulationen der Stunden für ein profitables Projektcontrolling.
  • Du bringst deinen strategischen Input in regelmäßigen Austauschformaten ein, etwa dem Senior-Stammtisch oder den wöchentlichen Teammeetings.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast bereits mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Social Media Content Creation & Design gesammelt, idealerweise im Agenturumfeld.
  • Du konntest nachweislich große Kundenprojekte steuern und zu einem messbaren Erfolg bringen.
  • Du bist ein Trendscout für Social Media und bist affin für neue Technologien insbesondere KI.
  • Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Programmen der Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop & After Effects)
  • Du bringst einen selbstständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsstil mit ausgeprägter Hands-on Mentalität mit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch (C1) & Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift
