Im Vertriebsinnendienst unterstützt du den Außendienst als zentrale Schnittstelle, koordinierst vertriebliche Prozesse und trägst mit deiner Kundenorientierung zum nachhaltigen Erfolg unserer Marken bei.

WAS DICH ERWARTET:

  • Verantwortung für die vertriebliche Betreuung von Gastronomie- und Getränkefachgroßhandelskunden sowie die aktive Unterstützung des Bestands- und Neukundengeschäfts
  • Zentrale Steuerung und Koordination aller vertriebsrelevanten Prozesse als Schnittstelle zwischen Außendienst, Kunden und internen Fachbereichen
  • Telefonische Beratung der Kunden sowie Entwicklung passender Lösungen auf Basis des MBG-Produktportfolios
  • Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung und Koordination von Kundenanfragen, Warenbestellungen und Werbemittelanforderungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Außendienst zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung regionaler Vertriebsziele und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Branding-, Promotion- und Marketingmaßnahmen

WAS DICH AUSMACHT:

  • Du arbeitest serviceorientiert, kommunikationsstark und überzeugst durch deine offene sowie zuverlässige Art.
  • Du bist ein echter Teamplayer und arbeitest eng mit dem Außendienst zusammen, um gemeinsame Vertriebserfolge zu erzielen.
  • Du denkst vertriebsorientiert, gehst aktiv auf Kunden zu und findest passgenaue Lösungen für ihre Anforderungen.
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und bringst idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder Back Office mit.
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit MS Office und bewegst dich souverän in der digitalen Welt.
  • Du begeisterst dich für die Gastronomie- und Getränkebranche und hast ein Gespür für Trends und starke Marken.
