Von der Bestandsplanung bis zur Markteinführung neuer Produkte sorgt unser Supply Chain Team dafür, dass unsere Marken weltweit zuverlässig verfügbar sind. Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen internen Fachbereichen und internationalen Partnern leistest du dazu einen entscheidenden Beitrag.

WAS DICH ERWARTET:

  • Verantwortung für die Bestandsplanung und Sicherstellung einer optimalen Warenverfügbarkeit
  • Koordination von Bestellungen, Abfüllungen sowie der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Lieferanten und Partnern
  • Steuerung von Produktneueinführungen und produktbezogenen Anpassungen – von der Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
  • Koordination von Verpackungs-, Label-, Registrierungs- und Zertifizierungsprozessen in enger Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen, Einleitung von Qualitätsverbesserungsmaßnahmen sowie Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Lieferantenbeziehungen
  • Zentrale Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen internen Abteilungen sowie Durchführung von Inventuren und Bestandskontrollen

WAS DICH AUSMACHT:

  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und behältst auch bei komplexen Prozessen den Überblick.
  • Du überzeugst mit deinem Organisationsgeschick, deiner Kommunikationsstärke und deiner lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise.
  • Du denkst analytisch, handelst vorausschauend und hast ein gutes Gespür für effiziente Prozesse und Qualitätsstandards.
  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung bzw. ein Studium mit Bezug zu Supply Chain, Logistik oder Produktmanagement.
  • Du konntest bereits erste Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Supply Chain, Disposition, Bestandsmanagement, Einkauf oder Produktmanagement sammeln und bringst idealerweise Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit.
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit gängigen IT-Systemen und verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
