WAS DICH ERWARTET:

  • Erstellung von Content (personen-, marken- und unternehmensbezogen)
  • Fotografie, Bearbeitung, Videoproduktion, Schnitt, Texten und Konzeptionierung
  • Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung der Social-Media-Profile (Personen, Marken, Unternehmen)
  • Planung und Management der Social-Media-Profile
  • Steuerung der Werbemaßnahmen und der zugehörigen Budgets
  • Analyse von KPIs
  • Trendanalyse und Ideenfindung

WAS DICH AUSMACHT:

  • Du brennst für Social Media, denkst kreativ und hast ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Storytelling, Trends und plattformgerechten Content.
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Content-Erstellung für Social Media mit und weißt, wie Inhalte Reichweite und Aufmerksamkeit erzielen.
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit gängigen Editing-Tools wie Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects oder DaVinci Resolve und setzt Bild-, Audio- und Videocontent professionell um.
  • Du kennst die relevanten Social-Media-Plattformen, ihre Zielgruppen, Algorithmen und Formate und entwickelst Content mit echtem Mehrwert.
  • Du verfügst idealerweise über ein Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft oder Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung – wichtiger sind uns jedoch deine praktischen Fähigkeiten und deine Kreativität.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und sprichst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau.
