WAS DICH ERWARTET:

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Wachstumsstrategien sowie Analyse von Märkten und Standorten zur Erschließung neuer Absatzpotenziale
  • Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen sowie Führung von Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen
  • Verantwortung für die Umsatz- und Absatzentwicklung im Bereich Vending sowie Umsetzung geeigneter Vertriebsmaßnahmen
  • Entwicklung zielgruppenspezifischer Sortiments- und Vermarktungskonzepte sowie Umsetzung von Promotions und Marketingmaßnahmen
  • Sicherstellung eines einheitlichen Markenauftritts an den Verkaufsstandorten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Vertrieb, Marketing und Logistik zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Projekten und Vertriebsstrategien

WAS DICH AUSMACHT:

  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, zielorientiert und mit einer ausgeprägten Hands-on-Mentalität.
  • Du denkst analytisch und unternehmerisch und hast ein gutes Gespür für Marken, Märkte und nachhaltige Geschäftsentwicklung.
  • Du überzeugst mit Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick sowie einem souveränen, professionellen und vertrauenswürdigen Auftreten.
  • Du gehst Kundenanliegen lösungsorientiert an, arbeitest gerne im Team und bringst Themen mit Eigeninitiative erfolgreich voran.
  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Vertrieb, Marketing oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung sowie fundierte Berufserfahrung. Idealerweise hast du bereits ein bestehendes Netzwerk in der Vending-Branche.
  • Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und bringst die notwendige Mobilität mit.
