Você executará operações de armazém em termos de serviço, custo, saúde e segurança, qualidade, defesa alimentar, sustentabilidade, requisitos legais e conformidade com as políticas. Você também trabalhará em colaboração com os principais parceiros de negócios internos e externos (fornecedores de logística de terceiros) para garantir gestão eficaz, soluções e execução oportunas. Você também será responsável por atividades como gestão de inventário (gestão iDoc, reconciliação de estoque), monitoramento de interfaces, rastreamento, gestão de reclamações, gestão de faturas, execução de conformidade (HSE, qualidade, gestão de riscos), suporte a propostas, desempenho de terceiros

Como você contribuirá

Você irá:

  • Revisar e analisar imprecisões de estoque e garantir um alinhamento preciso entre o SAP e o sistema de gestão de armazém, com base nas informações disponíveis entre os stakeholders. Analisar e verificar a utilização da capacidade, desempenho e monitoramento de KPIs e introduza medidas corretivas em caso de falta de KPIs e a necessidade de reduzir a capacidade adicional
  • Trabalhar com nossos prestadores de serviços para garantir a entrega de nossos parceiros comerciais em termos de pontualidade e integridade, levando em consideração a qualidade e as diretrizes HACCP
  • Monitorar as atividades de entrada, saída, empacotamento, armazenamento e distribuição para garantir o monitoramento e a gestão do prazo de validade, dar suporte à redução de baixas e procurar constantemente oportunidades para melhorar a produtividade
  • Realizar tarefas relacionadas a projetos e ad hoc, principalmente em relação a projetos e concursos de melhoria contínua e gestão de pico
  • Construir e fornecer análises de custo total (orçamento anual), riscos e oportunidades

Principais atividades:

- Responsável pela gestão das operações logísticas do Centro de Distribuição (CD) do Cabo de Santo Agostinho - PE, com responsabilidade sobre armazém (raw packing, matéria-prima e embalagem), atuando como extensão da planta;

- Gestão de inbound (entrada de materiais) e outbound (saída de materiais do CD para a planta), garantindo fluxo contínuo e sem rupturas;

- Orientar e suportar que todas as regras e normas Mondelez sejam seguidas e cumpridas pelo Operador Logístico para manter a régua alta de qualidade e performance;

- Contato e relacionamento com diversos stakeholders (operador logístico, time comercial, time da planta, entre outros);

- Gestão de inventário e controle fiscal de todas as movimentações, com foco em manter o padrão de acuracidade conquistado;

- Realizar ajustes de estoque (baixas, entradas, avarias, etc.) garantindo acuracidade e evitando custos com estadia, que já geraram impacto financeiro relevante no passado;

- Garantir carregamento e agendamento de transportes, com gerenciamento de cargas e rastreabilidade;

- Controle de qualidade e segurança das operações;

- Gestão dos KPIs da área, com registro de dados e acompanhamento dos indicadores para tomada de decisão, incluindo organização de materiais, staff e produtividade;

- Busca contínua de melhorias nos processos da área.

Competências Técnicas:

- Formação superior em andamento ou completa;

- Experiência com inbound, outbound e inventário;

- Conhecimento em Pacote Office, desejável Power BI;

- Disponibilidade para atuação em modelo híbrido de trabalho em horário administrativo no CD (Centro de Distribuição) do Cabo de Santo Agostinho – PE.
