Como você contribuirá

Você irá:

  • Representar a Mondelēz International visitando as lojas de acordo com o ciclo de planejamento acordado.
  • Monitorar prateleiras e variedade.
  • Expor campanhas e pesquisar os melhores locais nas lojas.
  • Executar as tarefas administrativas necessárias.
  • Otimizar o uso do nosso material de ponto de venda.
  • Ser a primeira escolha de fornecedor do cliente.
  • Criar exposição nas lojas.

O que você trará

  • Experiência anterior em merchandising (preferencial)
  • Personalidade confiante com boas habilidades interpessoais
  • Automotivação com uma unidade para alcançar metas estabelecidas
  • Conhecimento em informática com boas habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita

Será responsável por garantir a exposição correta dos produtos no ponto de vendas, seguindo os critérios de planograma da Mondelez. Irá atuar no abastecimento das gôndolas, controle de estoque, precificação, montagem de pontos extras e ações promocionais, além de monitorar oportunidades e apoiar no aumento das vendas e de visibilidade das nossas marcas.

Como você irá contribuir:

Experiência anterior como promotor de vendas ou de merchandising (será diferencial);

Ensino Médio completo;

Conhecimento e uso de ferramentas de comunicação (WhatsApp, e-mail, Microsoft Teams);

Facilidade de ferramentas tecnológicas.
