You will be responsible for the overall financial integrity and performance for NA Ventures supply chain, developing business plans within set targets and monitoring execution. You will also be responsible for providing financial perspective to the Ventures businesses.

How you will contribute

You will:

Financial Planning & Performance

  • Manage Mondelēz supply chain finance planning activities, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support.

Controls & Compliance

  • Drive a strong controls and compliance environment at Mondelēz International, ensuring proper controls are in place.

Business Partnering

  • Partner with the Ventures businesses, providing critical financial perspective and insights to support adjustment of execution of actions.

Process Improvement

  • Drive harmonization, efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and build best-in-class finance processes.

Team Leadership

  • Build a high-performing Finance team. Recruit and develop Finance talent to ensure succession and bench strength.

What you will bring:

  • TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in financial planning & performance management, business plan development, investment decisions and cost management to achieve financial targets.
  • BUSINESS ACUMEN and understanding of our business, consumer packaged goods industry, and experience in a regional or global corporation.
  • LEADERSHIP SKILLS including proven business partnering, influencing and communication skills. Experience managing cross-functional and business partner teams.
  • GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to identify strategic and tactical opportunities to drive process improvement and leveraging technology.
  • INTEGRITY and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values of creating the future of snacking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A or commercial finance and/or supply chain finance.
  • Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry or Supply Chain environment.
  • Proven ability to contribute to business model decisions, analyze complex problems, and drive execution.
  • Strong technical skills required (Advanced Excel).
  • Experience with preferred systems: NetSuite, FIT, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Possess strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
  • A collaborative team player with a proven track record of effectively managing relationships.

Salary and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $122,000 to $167,750; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.

In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.

Mondelēz International is the world’s largest chocolate, biscuit and candy maker, and the second largest gum maker. Our North American and U.S. headquarters are in East Hanover, New Jersey, about 25 miles outside of New York City. We have Canadian offices in Toronto and Montreal. We have a strong North American manufacturing presence where we make our well-loved snacks like Oreo cookies, belVita breakfast biscuits, Trident gum and Cadbury chocolates. Our East Hanover location also houses our global research and development center for our consumer-favorite cookie and cracker brands.
