Responsável por garantir as entregas da Media Hero para os clientes com qualidade e no tempo estipulado, através da coordenação do time interno (Media Analyst, Data Analyst e Data Scientist) e da validação, organização e análise dos dados e modelos do cliente. É essencial ter conhecimento geral sobre negócios (KPI, finanças, logística, marketing) e mídia (online e offline). O Business Strategy Lead será o líder do squad interno, responsável pela gestão interna das entregas (trabalhando em conjunto com o seu par em Customer Success), confecção inicial dos Diagramas Causais (DAG), interpretação dos dados, seleção e interpretação dos modelos e simulador e tradução dos resultados em insights claros e acionáveis.

Responsabilidades

Gestão de Pessoas, Processos internos e Entregas

  • Gestão de um squad operacional com equipe multidisciplinar (Media Analyst, Data Analyst e Data Scientist)
  • Trabalho em conjunto com Customer Success e Produto para entender as necessidades dos clientes e atendê-las através dos nossos produtos/serviços
  • Possuir um profundo entendimento de nossos produtos/serviços, marketing, mídia e mensuração e manter-se atualizado sobre as tendências de mercado e melhores práticas para garantir entregas de alta qualidade
  • Garantir as entregas dos clientes com qualidade e no tempo estipulado

Imersão de Negócios & Mídia do Cliente

  • Pesquisar sobre o cliente e seu modelo de negócio, para preparar perguntas estratégicas para reuniões de imersão do cliente, com foco em identificar quais variáveis são necessárias para a modelagem. Participar ativamente destas reuniões.
  • Desenvolver diagramas causais preliminares com base no conhecimento adquirido (input para modelagem)

Seleção de Modelos, Análise de Resultados e Geração de Insights

  • Ajudar o time de Cientistas de Dados na seleção de modelos, considerando métricas de negócio e mídia
  • Analisar e interpretar os outputs dos modelos para gerar insights que conectem os investimentos e execução de mídia aos resultados de negócio. Apoiar na elaboração de recomendações estratégicas baseadas em dados para otimização de canais, mix de mídia e alocação de budget
  • Contribuição para a construção de dashboard, apresentações executivas e análises adhoc

Comunicação e Documentação:

  • Comunicar-se efetivamente com stakeholders internos e clientes, tanto verbalmente quanto por escrito.
  • Manter registros precisos e atualizados sobre detalhes da operação e entrega de cada cliente (ex: especificidades do cliente, exceções de processos, post mortem, etc)

Requisitos

  • 5+ anos de experiência em marketing, com foco em mídia e mensuração.
  • Excelente habilidade de comunicação e relações interpessoais.
  • Excelente habilidade de resolução de problemas e pensamento estratégico
  • Fortes habilidades organizacionais e de gerenciamento de tempo, com capacidade de gerenciar várias entregas ao mesmo tempo e prioridades diferentes simultaneamente. Experiência com produtos e plataformas de tecnologia. Conhecimento de ferramentas de CRM
