Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Por que essa vaga existe

A Media Hero está crescendo: mais clientes, mais dados, mais gente dependendo da plataforma para tomar decisão todos os dias. E por consequência, mais produtos! O time de engenharia produz código cada vez mais rápido. O tempo para construir uma feature diminuiu, mas o tempo para revisá-la aumentou, e a cada produto novo é preciso rodar regressão nos anteriores. Você entra para dar eficiência a esse processo, atendendo os times de Engenharia, Plataforma e de Machine Learning, para que consigamos garantir excelência na experiência do cliente.

O que você vai fazer

  • Testar features novas e garantir que não haja regressão nos produtos existentes.
  • Criar e manter testes automatizados e suítes de regressão, cobrindo interface e serviços (API).
  • Garantir que o mesmo dado esteja consistente entre telas e produtos da plataforma.
  • Atender os times de Plataforma e de ML, com autonomia para priorizar o que testar primeiro.
  • Investigar falhas até a causa raiz, usando ferramentas de monitoramento como o Sentry.
  • Fazer com que o BA reporte apenas questões de negócio, e não detalhes técnicos da plataforma.
  • Puxar a cultura de qualidade para dentro do time e subir a régua técnica das entregas.
  • Sair da tela de código e ir atrás do usuário, entendendo como ele usa (e como deixa de usar) o produto.

O que buscamos

Essencial

  • Experiência prática com testes automatizados em produtos digitais.
  • Autonomia no dia a dia: você já tem seus padrões de teste e não precisa que a gente ensine como fazer. Isso pesa mais do que anos de carreira.
  • Conhecimento de ferramentas de mercado para qualidade, como Selenium, Cypress, BDD e Sentry.
  • Vivência em testes de serviço (API), não só de interface.
  • Passagem por empresa de produto.
  • Atenção a detalhe acima da média: você antecipa o que pode ser previsto e vai além do básico no que não pode.

Diferenciais (não eliminam candidatura)

  • Experiência com produtos de dados.
  • Experiência em produtos B2C ou de alta criticidade.
  • Uso de ferramentas de IA (Claude, Codex etc.) no fluxo de teste e desenvolvimento.
  • Evidências de ter ido além da função: empreendeu, ajudou o negócio da família, construiu alguma iniciativa própria.

  • Você é responsável pela entrega do início ao fim, sem microgerenciamento, com espaço para decidir prioridades e como resolver.
  • Decisão de arquitetura é coletiva: escolha técnica é discutida e questionada pelo time, não vem pronta de cima.
