Por que essa vaga existe

O cenário dos nossos produtos levantam perguntas de marketing e mensuração cada vez mais específicas — perguntas que pedem investigação de verdade. Você entra para dar a essas hipóteses o tratamento de pesquisa: revisão, teste, rigor científico, e uma resposta que vira metodologia.

O que você vai fazer

  • Planejar e operacionalizar a esteira de experimentação da área, testando melhorias reais na metodologia de mensuração.
  • Investigar hipóteses trazidas por clientes e pelo time, com revisão bibliográfica e desenho de pesquisa que sustentem a resposta.
  • Levar novas metodologias e novos produtos da hipótese até a implementação, junto com o time de operação.
  • Construir ferramentas para que o time de operação use essas inovações no dia a dia, não só em relatório.
  • Documentar o raciocínio e os resultados de cada investigação, para virar conhecimento reaproveitável pelo time.

O que buscamos

A pessoa ideal combina base estatística e matemática sólida, rigor de pesquisa, programação e comunicação clara — valorizamos muito esse fundamento, mais do que ferramenta específica.

Essencial

  • Graduação completa em Estatística, Matemática, Engenharia, Computação, Economia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Conhecimento avançado de metodologia de pesquisa em estatística e/ou computação.
  • Conhecimento avançado em modelos de regressão e testes de hipótese.
  • Conhecimento intermediário em Python.
  • Experiência prévia com pesquisa científica em nível superior — iniciação científica, publicações, apresentações em congressos ou similar.

Diferenciais (não eliminam candidatura)

  • Mestrado ou doutorado.
  • Conhecimento de inferência causal e econometria.
  • Experiência com inferência em séries temporais.
  • Publicações de alta relevância.
