Sobre a vaga

Como Cientista de Dados na Media Hero, você atuará diretamente na operacionalização do nosso produto de mensuração e otimização de marketing, contribuindo para as entregas que fazemos aos nossos clientes. Além disso, você será um membro ativo nos desenvolvimentos estruturais do produto, participando da evolução de pipelines, algoritmos e ferramentas internas.

Esta é uma posição ideal para quem deseja desenvolver uma base sólida em ciência de dados aplicada à inferência causal, trabalhando com dados reais, problemas de negócio complexos e uma equipe experiente em engenharia, dados e machine learning.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Preparar, validar e analisar dados utilizados nos modelos de mensuração.
  • Apoiar a execução, avaliação e interpretação de modelos de machine learning.
  • Colaborar com o time de dados e engenharia na implementação de melhorias estruturais no produto e nos pipelines de dados.
  • Participar da investigação de problemas, análise de resultados e identificação de oportunidades de melhoria nos modelos e processos.
  • Documentar análises, processos e entregas, garantindo clareza e reprodutibilidade.
  • Atuar em conjunto com equipes multidisciplinares, contribuindo ativamente em discussões técnicas e de negócio.

Requisitos

  • 3+ anos de experiência
  • Graduação em Estatística, Matemática, Economia, Computação ou áreas correlatas.
  • Conhecimento intermediário em Python.
  • Familiaridade com análise de dados, estatística básica, seleção e validação de modelos de regressão
  • Capacidade de organização, aprendizado contínuo e boa comunicação.
