Les Editions du Seuil sont une maison d'édition française créée en 1935 et appartenant au groupe Média participations depuis 2017. Le Seuil publie dans plusieurs domaines éditoriaux : littérature française et étrangère, thrillers et policiers, sciences humaines, documents, BD et beaux-livres.

Description du poste

En tant qu'assistant(e) du service de presse des Editions du Seuil, vous serez chargé(e) de :

  • Gérer avec professionnalisme les demandes des journalistes et les relations avec la presse
  • Préparer et distribuer les documents de presse, y compris les pré-programmes, les dossiers de presse et les communiqués
  • Coordonner les lancements de livres et les interviews d'auteurs
  • Suivre la couverture médiatique et préparer des rapports réguliers sur les mentions dans la presse
  • Maintenir et mettre à jour les bases de données des contacts avec les médias et les archives de presse
  • Soutenir la création de matériel promotionnel pour les nouvelles parutions

Qualifications

Qualifications :

  • Formation : Maîtrise (Bac +4 ou 5) en littérature, édition, études des médias ou communication
  • Excellentes capacités de communication en français ; la maîtrise de l'anglais serait un plus
  • Forte compréhension de la littérature, de l'industrie de l'édition et du paysage médiatique actuel
  • Excellentes capacités d'organisation, aptitude à gérer des tâches multiples et à respecter des délais serrés
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, en particulier de Word et d'Excel
  • Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et en collaboration dans un environnement d'équipe
  • Enthousiasme, créativité et passion pour les livres et la culture littéraire

Début de stage souhaitée : début février 2027

Durée du stage : 6 mois

Informations complémentaires : prise en charge de l'abonnement de transport à hauteur de 75%, restaurant d'entreprise, réduction sur les ouvrages du groupe Média-Participations.
