Description du poste

Rejoignez le Pôle Gouvernance et grands projets de la Direction des Systèmes d’Information (DSI) d’un grand groupe d’édition français ! Dans un environnement dynamique et stratégique, vous participerez activement à la mise en place et au suivi d’un projet stratégique pour le groupe en collaborant au suivi du projet au cœur des équipes de la DSI Groupe.

Vous assisterez directement la Directrice de la Gouvernance et grands projets, jouant un rôle central dans l’organisation et le suivi des projets stratégiques appliqué à un cas concret.

Vous interviendrez en tant que PMO (Project Management Officer) au sein de l’équipe projet. Vous contribuerez activement à la coordination, au suivi et à la structuration du projet, en appui au chef de projet et aux équipes métiers et IT.

Activités principales

  • Participer à la mise en place et au suivi des outils de pilotage du projet (planning, indicateurs, tableaux de bord)
  • Assurer le suivi des livrables, des jalons et des risques
  • Contribuer à l’organisation des instances de gouvernance (comités projet, comités de pilotage)
  • Préparer les supports de réunion, rédiger et valider les comptes rendus
  • Participer à la gestion documentaire du projet (SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
  • Appuyer les équipes dans la coordination des travaux inter-équipes (IT, métiers, prestataires)
  • Proposer des améliorations dans les processus de gestion de projet

Livrables attendus

  • Tableaux de bord de suivi du projet
  • Reporting régulier à destination des parties prenantes
  • Documentation projet structurée et accessible :Décrire le processus de traitement des actions à conduire dans le contexte de cette opération de transformation Identifier les systèmes d'information à intégrer, séparer ou migrer et élaborer des plans d’action adéquats Définir les typologies d’impacts IT en collaboration avec les directions financière et juridique Cartographier le système d'information cible
  • Etablir un modèle de documentation synthétique : choisir la méthode et les outils adaptés
  • Etablir un modèle de documentation synthétique de l’architecture du SI : bilan de l’existant, structuration de la cartographie (vues applicative, technique et métier)
  • Faire des recommandations sur la gouvernance

Qualifications

Nous recherchons un étudiant en dernière année de Grande École d’ingénieurs généralistes avec une spécialisation en SI et gestion de projets ou en Master avec une spécialisation en systèmes d'information, gestion de projets. Le candidat devra justifier d’une expérience confirmée.
