Principais desafios e atribuições

  • Capacitar corretores parceiros, oferecendo suporte técnico e operacional;
  • Realizar treinamentos sobre produtos e processos;
  • Atender corretores via chat, telefone e e-mail com agilidade e excelência;
  • Controlar e gerir a carteira de corretores conforme os padrões da empresa;
  • Apoiar nas cotações e demandas comerciais;
  • Contribuir para organização de materiais, processos e melhoria contínua da operação.
  • Ensino Superior cursando;
  • Conhecimento no Pacote Office;
  • Vivência inicial em seguros, benefícios, atendimento ao cliente, RH ou áreas administrativas será um diferencial;
  • Vontade real de aprender e se desenvolver profissionalmente.
