Sua missão Ser um parceiro estratégico dos corretores de seguros, oferecendo suporte consultivo, fortalecendo relacionamentos, identificando oportunidades de negócios e proporcionando uma experiência comercial diferenciada em todas as etapas do atendimento.

Mais do que atender, você será responsável por contribuir diretamente para o crescimento e o sucesso dos nossos parceiros.

Principais responsabilidades • Gerenciar e acompanhar a carteira de corretores ativos, mantendo um relacionamento próximo e consultivo;

• Apoiar os corretores na prospecção, negociação e fechamento de oportunidades junto às seguradoras parceiras;

• Identificar oportunidades de crescimento e apresentar soluções alinhadas às necessidades de cada corretor;

• Planejar e executar ações de relacionamento, visitas comerciais e treinamentos;

• Monitorar indicadores de desempenho, metas comerciais e resultados da carteira;

• Atuar em conjunto com as equipes de Backoffice e demais áreas da empresa para garantir um atendimento ágil, eficiente e de excelência;

• Contribuir para a fidelização dos parceiros e o fortalecimento da marca Hits Assessoria.

Perfil que buscamos Buscamos profissionais que gostem de relacionamento, tenham visão consultiva e sintam satisfação em apoiar o crescimento de outras pessoas.

✔ Experiência obrigatória no mercado de seguros;

✔ Vivência em corretoras de seguros e seguradoras;

✔ Conhecimento técnico em seguros;

✔ Excelente comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;

✔ Perfil consultivo, organizado e orientado para resultados;

✔ Proatividade, autonomia e senso de responsabilidade;

✔ Disponibilidade para realizar visitas presenciais aos corretores.

Será um diferencial ⭐ Experiência com múltiplas seguradoras e diferentes ramos de seguros (Auto, Vida, Empresarial, entre outros);

⭐ Conhecimento em CRM e ferramentas de gestão comercial;

⭐ Vivência com estratégias de fidelização, relacionamento e desenvolvimento de corretores.
