O que você vai fazer Comercializar consórcios por meio de uma abordagem consultiva. Entender os objetivos e as necessidades dos clientes, apresentando soluções adequadas. Gerenciar leads, acompanhar negociações e elaborar propostas comerciais. Realizar follow-up com potenciais clientes. Prospectar novas oportunidades de negócios. Conduzir negociações e fechar vendas. Utilizar CRM para organizar contatos, acompanhar oportunidades e gerenciar o funil de vendas. Perfil desejado Proatividade e persistência. Comunicação clara e didática. Empatia e ética profissional. Organização e habilidade de negociação. Foco em resultados e comprometimento com metas.

Requisitos Experiência em vendas consultivas, negociação e fechamento de vendas. Histórico de resultados e foco no cumprimento de metas. Disciplina na utilização de CRM, gestão de leads e follow-up. Capacidade de compreender as necessidades dos clientes e transformá-las em propostas comerciais. Proatividade para prospectar clientes e gerar novas oportunidades. Ética profissional e transparência nas negociações, sem promessas de contemplação.

Diferenciais Experiência com consórcios ou produtos financeiros. Conhecimentos em finanças e investimentos.
