Objetivo da Função Garantir o desenvolvimento pedagógico de turmas, alunos e professores, alinhando o ensino aos objetivos institucionais da escola, supervisionando os processos pedagógicos, promovendo suporte acadêmico e implementando melhorias contínuas que fortaleçam a excelência educacional e o reconhecimento da instituição.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Gestão Pedagógica;
  • Supervisionar a equipe pedagógica, acompanhando o desenvolvimento de turmas, alunos e professores;
  • Implementar estratégias de intervenção pedagógica alinhadas aos objetivos educacionais;
  • Monitorar o suporte pedagógico e o progresso acadêmico dos estudantes;
  • Acompanhar casos específicos junto à orientação educacional e coordenação pedagógica;
  • Participar dos Conselhos de Classe e processos avaliativos;
  • Acompanhar processos de recuperação de estudantes. Formação e Desenvolvimento Docente
  • Identificar necessidades de formação e desenvolvimento da equipe;
  • Planejar e implementar projetos de formação continuada;
  • Coordenar treinamentos pedagógicos e acompanhar feedbacks de Quality Assurance da Maple Bear;
  • Apoiar a formação de professores, assistentes pedagógicos, auxiliares, estagiários e equipes de apoio. Gestão Institucional e Processos
  • Revisar e atualizar documentos institucionais como Guia dos Pais, Guia dos Professores e materiais pedagógicos;
  • Garantir alinhamento entre demandas pedagógicas, administrativas e operacionais;
  • Desenvolver melhorias contínuas nos processos educacionais;
  • Sistematizar documentações e avaliações pedagógicas;
  • Supervisionar a escolha de materiais didáticos e listas escolares. Relacionamento com Famílias e Comunidade Escolar
  • Liderar reuniões com famílias para acompanhamento do desenvolvimento dos estudantes;
  • Mediar conflitos e promover comunicação clara e acolhedora;
  • Participar e supervisionar eventos escolares e atividades institucionais;
  • Garantir alinhamento entre escola, famílias e equipe pedagógica. Gestão Operacional Escolar
  • Organizar horários de professores especialistas e uso de espaços escolares;
  • Supervisionar atividades de contraturno e ensino integral;
  • Acompanhar qualidade dos serviços de alimentação escolar;
  • Garantir conformidade com a metodologia Maple Bear, PPP e Regimento Escolar.
  • Formação Acadêmica;
  • Ensino Superior completo em Pedagogia, Licenciaturas ou áreas correlatas;
  • Conhecimento em Legislação Educacional. Experiência Profissional Mínimo de 06 anos de atuação na área da educação; Experiência mínima de 02 anos em coordenação acadêmica ou gestão escolar. Idiomas Inglês Avançado. Conhecimentos Técnicos Pacote Office Básico; Conhecimento da metodologia educacional e práticas pedagógicas. Treinamentos Obrigatórios Formação na Metodologia Maple Bear; Primeiros Socorros. Será considerado diferencial:
  • Pós-graduação em Gestão Escolar, Coordenação Pedagógica, Psicopedagogia ou áreas afins;
  • Experiência prática em ambientes bilíngues;
  • Inglês Proficiente;
  • Formação complementar na área da educação;
  • Treinamentos em Educação Inclusiva e Combate a Incêndio. Buscamos um(a) profissional:
