Estamos em busca de um(a) Consultor(a) Comercial de Novos Seguros para atuar na prospecção, relacionamento e conversão de novos clientes.

Buscamos um profissional com perfil comercial, consultivo e focado em resultados, que goste de negociar, construir relacionamentos e transformar oportunidades em novos negócios.

Principais atividades

Prospectar novos clientes e oportunidades de negócio; Realizar visitas a lojas e parceiros; Desenvolver e manter relacionamento com clientes e parceiros; Realizar atendimento e negociação comercial; Fazer follow-up das oportunidades até o fechamento; Buscar indicações e ampliar a carteira de clientes; Acompanhar metas e resultados diariamente; Registrar contatos e negociações no sistema; Identificar oportunidades para oferta de produtos complementares, como seguros residencial, empresarial e vida; Participar de treinamentos, campanhas e ações comerciais; Acompanhar pendências e garantir um atendimento de qualidade. É uma oportunidade para quem gosta de vendas, relacionamento, negociação e desafios, com atuação estratégica no crescimento da carteira de clientes.

Perfil que buscamos: uma pessoa que tenha iniciativa, goste de desafios comerciais, saiba ouvir o cliente, tenha poder de negociação e seja capaz de acompanhar uma oportunidade desde a prospecção até o fechamento.

  • Experiência na área comercial, vendas ou atendimento ao cliente;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Perfil comunicativo, proativo e persuasivo;
  • Gostar de trabalhar com metas e resultados;
  • Organização e disciplina para acompanhar a rotina comercial;
  • Facilidade para criar e manter relacionamentos;
  • Habilidade de negociação e follow-up;
  • Postura profissional e boa apresentação pessoal;
  • Interesse em aprender e desenvolver conhecimento sobre produtos de seguros;
  • Conhecimento ou experiência no mercado de seguros será considerado um diferencial.
