Deine Aufgabengebiete

  • Du bist kompetenter und zentraler Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für Deine Kunden bei Fragen rund um den Immobilienkauf
  • Du gehst mit Deinen Kunden in die Bedarfsanalyse
  • Du bist verantwortlich für den Vermarktungsprozess, inklusive der Bearbeitung von Aufträgen, Erstellung von Exposés, Bestellung der Objektunterlagen, Rechnungsstellung u.a und bietest vollständige Lösungen an.
  • Du planst (Außen-) Termine, wie z.B. Besichtigungstermine und Notartermine und nimmst diese eigenständig wahr

Dein Profil:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Immobilienkaufmann / Immobilienkauffrau, Versicherungskaufmann / Versicherungskauffrau, Bankkaufmann / Bankkauffrau (m/w/d) oder einen vergleichbaren akademischen Abschluss
  • Deine Kunden profitieren von Deiner professionellen und lösungsorientierten Beratung.
  • Eine ausgeprägte technische Affinität zeichnet Dich aus.
  • Starke Kunden-, Service- und Vertriebsorientierung gehören für Dich zur Beratung dazu.
  • Außerdem bist Du kommunikationsstark und ergebnisorientiert.
