Deine Aufgabengebiete

  • Erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden, persönlich sowie telefonisch oder per Mail
  • Verantwortung für den Vermarktungsprozess, inklusive der Bearbeitung von Aufträgen, Erstellung von Exposés, Bestellung der Objektunterlagen, Rechnungsstellung u.a
  • Planung und Wahrnehmung von (Außen-) Terminen, wie z.B. Besichtigungsterminen und Notarterminen
  • Korrespondenz

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder auch Quereinsteiger mit vertrieblichen Hintergrund (Verkäufer)
  • Die Fähigkeit, bestehenden Prozessen zu folgen
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hohe Disziplin
  • Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten und ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Präzision
  • Guter Umgang mit Leistungsdruck
  • Saubere und fehlerfreie schriftliche Ausdrucksform in Deutsch
  • Von Vorteil sind Vorkenntnisse in den Themen Immobilien, Terminierung, Beratung etc
