Wir sind die Franchise-Zentrale hinter der Marke „Mein Makler“ und zugleich ein digital aufgestellter Bildungsträger mit Sitz in Emsdetten. Neben der Betreuung unserer Partner bilden wir in der Meine Immobilien Akademie Menschen aus, die in der Immobilienbranche starten oder sich beruflich weiterentwickeln möchten. Wir arbeiten digital, strukturiert und mit hohem Automatisierungsgrad. Effiziente und transparente Prozesse sind uns wichtig. Genauso zählen für uns ein harmonisches, lockeres Miteinander, direkte Kommunikation und ein junges Team, das zusammenarbeitet und neue Ideen willkommen heißt.

Deshalb suchen wir keinen klassischen Mediengestalter, sondern eine Person, die unsere digitalen Plattformen aktiv weiterentwickelt, technisch mitdenkt und Verantwortung für Performance, Struktur und Nutzererlebnis übernimmt.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Pflege, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer WordPress-Websites
  • Gestaltung und Anpassung von Layouts (Themes, Page Builder, ggf. Custom CSS)
  • Technische Betreuung der Websites (Updates, Plugins, Performance, Sicherheit)
  • Umsetzung und Optimierung von SEO-Maßnahmen (Onpage)
  • Erstellung, Pflege und Strukturierung von Content
  • Entwicklung von Konzepten zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Online-Präsenz
  • Analyse und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Website-Performance
  • Unterstützung bei digitalen Marketingmaßnahmen

Dein Profil:

  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Umgang mit WordPress (Frontend & Backend)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Themes, Page Buildern und Plugins
  • Kenntnisse in SEO und Content-Management
  • Technisches Verständnis für Web-Technologien und Systempflege
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit, Ideen und Konzepte eigenständig zu entwickeln und umzusetzen
  • Grundlegendes Verständnis für UX/UI zur nutzerfreundlichen und zielgerichteten Gestaltung von Websites
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Online-Marketing (z. B. Kampagnen, Social Media, Tracking)
  • In der Adobe Creative Cloud kennst du dich aus, wie bei dir Zuhause. Du beherrscht Photoshop, Illustrator und InDesign im Schlaf 😴
