Dann werde Teil unseres Teams als Werkstudent (m/w/d) und unterstütze direkt im Herzen eines dynamischen Immobilienunternehmens!

Wir sind seit über 15 Jahren als Maklerunternehmen in Essen fest etabliert und verfügen über tiefgehende Marktkenntnisse, klare Strukturen und eine eigene interne Ausbildungsakademie. Unser Schwerpunkt liegt in der Immobilienvermittlung, der Projektentwicklung sowie im Aufbau neuer Geschäftsmodelle rund um die Immobilienwirtschaft.

Bei uns arbeiten erfahrene Immobilienprofis, Nachwuchskräfte und Unternehmer zusammen. Wir bieten dir als Werkstudent die Möglichkeit, Theorie und Praxis direkt zu verbinden, an echten Projekten mitzuarbeiten und von unserem Know-how zu profitieren. Wir suchen Menschen, die ihr Wissen einbringen, Verantwortung übernehmen wollen – und gleichzeitig von einem strukturierten und professionellen Umfeld profitieren möchten.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation & Verwaltung von Immobilienprojekten
  • Recherche & Bewertung potenzieller Immobilieninvestments
  • Pflege von Dokumenten, Vorlagen und Objektunterlagen
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Terminen, Präsentationen und Projektplänen
  • Mitarbeit in der internen Kommunikation mit Partnern und Dienstleistern
  • Allgemeine Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft

Was du mitbringen solltest

  • Du bist eingeschriebener Student (z. B. BWL, Immobilienwirtschaft, Wirtschaftsrecht o. ä.)
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch
  • Du interessierst dich für Immobilien, Prozesse und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Du willst dich in ein professionelles Umfeld einbringen und nicht nur "mitlaufen"
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Office-Programmen (v. a. Word, Excel, Outlook)
