Sommaire du poste Sous la responsabilité du Directeur du programme moteur, le chargé de projet Speedshop-Rapid Manufacturing travaille en collaboration avec les différents départements afin d’assurer la bonne livraisons des commandes. Sa fonction s’avère primordiale au maintien de la satisfaction des clients.

Profil de compétences et qualifications requises

  • Attestation d’études collégiales en administration ou tout autre domaine connexe;
  • Expérience minimale de 3 ans dans un poste similaire;
  • Connaissance de l'anglais avancée (Une maîtrise avancée de l'anglais est requise en raison de communications fréquentes avec une clientèle, des partenaires ou des collègues anglophones ainsi que de l'utilisation régulière de documentation en anglais.);
  • Initiative, organisation et rigueur;
  • Jugement et sens des responsabilités;
  • Habiletés de collaboration;
  • Capacité à effectuer une gestion de priorités efficace;
  • Aime les challenges et un environnement dynamique;
  • Orientation client;
  • Maîtrise de la communication écrite;
  • Connaissance d’un système MRP/ERP, un atout.

Tâches et responsabilités

  • Agir à titre de personne ressource pour les clients externes;
  • Assurer la logistique entre les besoins du client et la capacité des usines en collaboration avec la planification et l’expédition;
  • Mettre en marche les bons de commande en effectuant l’entrée de données dans le système et en effectuant la confirmation sur le portail des clients;
  • Suivre l’évolution des commandes et communiquer les écarts au client et/ou au directeur de programmes selon le cas;
  • S’assurer de l’exactitude des données et y apporter des mesures correctives, si besoin, afin d’assurer un travail de qualité;
  • Supporter le directeur de programmes dans diverses tâches administratives;
  • Participer à la formation et à l’intégration des employés nouvellement en fonction dans leur poste;
  • Participer aux travaux d’amélioration continue et voir à toujours améliorer les méthodes de travail et façons de faire.

Conditions

  • Salaire : À déterminer selon l'expérience et les compétences du candidat ou de la candidate retenu(e). Entre 55 515,20$ à 69 388,80$ par an;
  • Lieu de travail : 11865 Avenue Adolphe-Caron, Montreal Quebec H1E 6J8;
  • Horaire de travail : Jour
