Sous la responsabilité du Contrôleur corporatif, le commis comptable effectuera le cycle complet des comptes à payer. Il effectuera l’entrée des données pour la préparation de différents documents relatifs à la comptabilité et accomplit diverses tâches de soutien pour la préparation des états financiers.

Profil de compétences et qualifications requises

  • Diplôme d’études collégiales en technique administrative OU Diplôme d’études professionnelles en comptabilité combiné à une expérience minimale pertinente de 10 ans;
  • Maîtrise de la suite Office et des systèmes d’informations intégrés;
  • Bilinguisme fonctionnel;
  • Capacité d’adaptation élevée;
  • Faire preuve de rigueur, de minutie et d’ordre;
  • Capacité de collaboration élevée;
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression;
  • Orientation client élevée.

Tâches et responsabilités

  • Assurer la gestion, le suivi, ainsi que la mise à jour des processus quotidiens des comptes payables;
  • Effectuer les vérifications appropriées des factures des fournisseurs ainsi que des clients et saisir les données s’y rattachant dans le système;
  • Effectuer les paiements et les tâches cléricales y étant reliées (chèques, virements, suivi des dépenses, etc.);
  • Fournir les informations nécessaires sur le statut des états de comptes et générer divers rapports administratifs;
  • Assurer la mise à jour des bases de données ainsi que des systèmes de classement;
  • Participer aux travaux de préparation des états financiers mensuels et annuels;
  • Participer aux travaux d’amélioration continue et voir à toujours améliorer les méthodes de travail et façons de faire dans son service.

Conditions

  • Salaire : À déterminer selon l'expérience et les compétences du candidat retenu ou de la candidate retenu(e). Entre 42 000$ à 63 000$ par an.
  • Lieu de travail : Beauharnois
  • Horaire de travail : Jour
  • Mode de travail : Mode hybride (3 jrs de présentiel+2jrs en télétravail)
