Deine Aufgaben

Als Solutions Manager bei Mercanis verantwortest du die erfolgreiche Einführung unserer Plattform bei unseren Kunden. Du begleitest Kundenprojekte von der Initialisierung bis zum Go-Live und stellst sicher, dass jedes Projekt strukturiert, termingerecht und mit hoher Qualität durchgeführt wird. Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, CSM und dem Produktteam sorgst du für einen reibungslosen Projektverlauf und bist erster Ansprechpartner für alle projektrelevanten Themen. Deine Arbeit hat direkten Einfluss auf die Kundenzufriedenheit und den langfristigen Erfolg von Mercanis. Du übernimmst Verantwortung, meisterst echte Herausforderungen im Kundenumfeld und trägst maßgeblich dazu bei, Mercanis langfristig als Marktführer zu positionieren.

Dein Aufgabenbereich

  • Manage eigenständig komplexe Kundenprojekte von der Kickoff-Phase bis zum erfolgreichen Go-Live.
  • Fungiere als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, CSM und dem Produktteam und stelle einen sauberen Informationsfluss sicher.
  • Steuere anspruchsvolle Kundensituationen souverän, erkenne Eskalationsrisiken frühzeitig und leite geeignete Maßnahmen ein.
  • Erstelle und pflege Projektpläne, Statusreports und Dokumentationen und behalte Zeitplan, Budget und Scope jederzeit im Blick.
  • Koordiniere interne und externe Stakeholder und sorge für klare Verantwortlichkeiten und Erwartungsmanagement auf allen Seiten.
  • Begleite die Einführung unserer Software beim Kunden, inklusive Anforderungsaufnahme, Konfiguration und Testing.
  • Trage aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Implementierungsmethodik und interner Prozesse bei.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von IT-Projekten, insbesondere in der Einführung und Implementierung von Software – idealerweise im SaaS-Umfeld.
  • Du hast bereits komplexe Kundenprojekte erfolgreich gemanagt und fühlst dich in agilen, schnelllebigen und interdisziplinären Teams wohl.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, planst vorausschauend und behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Projekten den Überblick.
  • Du überzeugst durch starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden auf verschiedenen Hierarchieebenen.
  • Du bringst eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität mit und begeisterst dich dafür, komplexe Probleme zu verstehen und in klare, umsetzbare Schritte zu übersetzen.
  • Du arbeitest gern an der Schnittstelle zwischen Business und Technologie und kannst technische Anforderungen verständlich vermitteln.
  • Du verfügst über ausgeprägte analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie ein gutes Gespür für Prioritäten.
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
