Ben jij graag praktisch bezig met financiële administratie en zorg jij ervoor dat alles klopt? Als Financieel Medewerker ondersteun je onze klanten bij hun dagelijkse financiële administratie. Je verwerkt facturen, houdt de crediteurenadministratie bij en zorgt voor een correcte verwerking van kas- en bankmutaties.

Wat ga je bij ons doen als Financieel Medewerker?

In deze functie werk je mee in de financiële administratie van onze klanten. Soms ondersteun je een klant tijdelijk vanwege extra werkdruk of vervanging, soms ben je voor langere tijd betrokken bij een organisatie.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan bijvoorbeeld uit:

  • verwerken en boeken van inkoop- en verkoopfacturen;
  • uitvoeren en bijhouden van de crediteurenadministratie;
  • verwerken van kas- en bankmutaties;
  • aanmaken van betaal batches
  • controleren en verwerken van financiële gegevens;
  • ondersteunen bij debiteurenwerkzaamheden;
  • ondersteunen bij periode- en maandafsluitingen;
  • signaleren van afwijkingen in de administratie en deze waar mogelijk oplossen;
  • zorgen dat de financiële administratie actueel, volledig en correct is.

Jij bent degene die ervoor zorgt dat de financiële administratie in de praktijk goed draait. Je werkt afhankelijk van je opdracht bij de klant, vanuit huis of op ons kantoor in Ede

Wat breng je mee:

  • Een afgeronde mbo-4- of hbo-opleiding in een financiële richting, bijvoorbeeld Bedrijfsadministratie, Finance & Control of Accountancy.
  • Ervaring met financiële administratie, bijvoorbeeld als financieel medewerker, administratief medewerker, medewerker crediteuren/debiteuren of assistent-accountant.
  • Ervaring met het verwerken van facturen, crediteurenadministratie en kas- en bankmutaties.
  • Je vindt het leuk om voor verschillende organisaties te werken en kunt je snel aanpassen aan een nieuwe werkomgeving.
  • Ervaring met AFAS is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste. Wel verwachten we dat je nieuwe financiële systemen snel eigen maakt.

Wat wij je bieden:

  • Een competitief salaris tussen €2.750 en €4.000 bruto per maand (o.b.v. een fulltime werkweek van 38,5 uur), afhankelijk van jouw ervaring.
