Wil jij als AFAS HR Business Consultant organisaties helpen hun HR-processen écht slimmer en beter in te richten? In deze rol werk je op het snijvlak van HR, payroll en IT. Je helpt klanten om hun HR- en salarisprocessen te optimaliseren en zorgt dat AFAS niet alleen technisch werkt, maar ook écht aansluit op hoe mensen en organisaties functioneren.

Wat ga je bij ons doen als HR AFAS Consultant?

Als HR AFAS Consultant help je organisaties om hun HR- en payrollprocessen slimmer, efficiënter en toekomstbestendig in te richten. Je zorgt ervoor dat AFAS niet alleen goed is ingericht, maar ook écht werkt in de praktijk van de klant. Je combineert inhoudelijke HR en/of payrollkennis met systeeminzicht en denkt actief mee over hoe processen beter kunnen. Van instroom tot uit dienst en van mutaties tot verloning, jij bent de go to person voor jouw klant.

Hoe ziet jouw werkweek eruit?

Elke week is anders! Maar het kan er zo uit zien:

📅 Maandag Je start de week bij een klant met een optimalisatievraagstuk, bijvoorbeeld rondom in-, door- en uitstroom of payrollprocessen. Je analyseert hoe het nu loopt en vertaalt dit naar een slimmere inrichting in AFAS.

📅 Dinsdag Je werkt in het functioneel beheer bij een organisatie waar AFAS al draait. Je optimaliseert workflows, verbetert HR-processen en zorgt dat de inrichting steeds beter aansluit op de praktijk.

📅 Woensdag Je hebt een teamsessie met collega’s en stemt af over lopende klantvragen. Je denkt mee over oplossingen en werkt daarna verder aan bijvoorbeeld een inrichting of koppeling binnen AFAS.

📅 Donderdag Samen met collega’s uit het implementatieteam (Finance, PSA en Payroll) bespreek je een lopend project. Jullie zorgen dat HR- en salarisprocessen goed aansluiten op andere onderdelen binnen AFAS.

📅 Vrijdag Je rondt je werkzaamheden af, werkt documentatie en procesbeschrijvingen bij en zorgt dat alles weer up-to-date is voor de klant. Daarna sluit je de week informeel af met collega’s.

Wat breng je mee

  • Je hoeft niet alles al te kunnen, maar je snapt wel hoe HR en systemen samenkomen.
  • HBO werk- en denkniveau (bij voorkeur HRM, Payroll, Bedrijfskunde, ICT of vergelijkbaar).
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een rol zoals consultant, applicatiebeheerder, functioneel beheerder of binnen HR/payroll met systeemverantwoordelijkheid.
  • Ervaring met AFAS is een must om deze rol te kunnen vervullen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, houdt overzicht en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Ervaring met HR-processen, payroll, rapportages of systeeminrichting is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en begrijpt snel wat een klant nodig heeft (ook als het nog niet helemaal scherp is).

  • Een competitief salaris tussen €4.250 en €6.250 bruto per maand (o.b.v. een fulltime werkweek van 38,5 uur), afhankelijk van jouw ervaring.
