Als AFAS Payroll Consultant werk je op het snijvlak van HR, salaris en IT. Je helpt organisaties met het optimaliseren van hun payrollprocessen en zorgt dat AFAS perfect aansluit op de praktijk.

Wat ga je bij ons doen als Payroll Consultant?

Als Payroll Consultant werk je aan het optimaliseren, automatiseren en verder ontwikkelen van HR- en payrollprocessen binnen AFAS. Je combineert functionele kennis met technisch inzicht en denkt actief mee met klanten over hoe processen slimmer en efficiënter kunnen worden ingericht. Je werkt deels bij klanten op locatie, deels vanuit huis of op ons moderne kantoor in Ede.

📅 Maandag Je start de week met een optimalisatieproject bij een klant, bijvoorbeeld rondom personeelsdossiers, workflows of payrollprocessen binnen AFAS. Je analyseert hoe het proces nu loopt en vertaalt verbeterpunten naar een slimme inrichting in het systeem.

📅 Dinsdag Vandaag werk je in het functioneel beheer bij een klant waar AFAS al is geïmplementeerd. Je optimaliseert bestaande workflows, past formulieren aan en zorgt dat HR- en payrollprocessen steeds efficiënter en gebruiksvriendelijker worden.

📅 Woensdag Je hebt een teamsessie met collega-consultants waarin jullie ervaringen delen en samen kijken naar oplossingen voor complexe vraagstukken. Daarna werk je aan een integratie, bijvoorbeeld een koppeling tussen AFAS en een extern HR- of payrollsysteem via API’s.

📅 Donderdag Samen met collega’s uit het implementatieteam (HR, PSA en Finance) bespreek je de voortgang van een lopend project. Jullie kijken hoe de inrichting nog beter kan aansluiten bij de organisatie en waar processen verder geoptimaliseerd kunnen worden.

Je sluit de week af met een review van lopende projecten en werkt documentatie en rapportages Je sluit de week informeel af met een gezellige borrel op kantoor.

Wat breng je mee:

  • Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting van HRM, Payroll, Bedrijfskunde, ICT of een vergelijkbare studie.
  • Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare rol, bijvoorbeeld als consultant, applicatiebeheerder, functioneel beheerder of in een rol binnen HR of payroll met systeemverantwoordelijkheid.
  • Ervaring met AFAS is een grote plus – of de ambitie om je hier in te ontwikkelen.
  • Je werkt projectmatig, houdt overzicht en stelt de juiste prioriteiten.
  • Ervaring met HR- of payrollprocessen, rapportages, datamodellen of systeemkoppelingen is een pré.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en voelt goed aan wat een klant nodig heeft – ook als ze het zelf nog niet helemaal scherp hebben.

  • Een competitief salaris tussen €4.250 en €6.250 bruto per maand (o.b.v. een fulltime werkweek van 38,5 uur), afhankelijk van jouw ervaring.
