The posting

This role will be part of the Marketing Science team supporting our North America In-Market businesses, leveraging data and science to support client growth on Meta's platforms. The person in this role will work both reactively and proactively with clients, using Meta's industry-leading data science tools and datasets. They will drive measurement with advertisers, designing experiments (conversion lift, brand lift, attribution, etc.) and conducting analysis or research to help clients understand and improve the effectiveness of their advertising across digital platforms and across media. This work involves direct engagement with clients and media agencies, as well as collaboration with third-parties for the setup and running of studies. The ideal candidate also demonstrates an AI-native mindset, approaching work with curiosity and a bias toward experimentation. They instinctively reach for AI tools, adapt quickly to new workflows, and view AI as a lever for greater impact by rethinking how work gets done.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients and agencies to share research-based best practices and measure true business value by building and operationalizing "learning agendas" that highlight how a client can improve business outcomes
  • Partner closely with sales to manage a set of accounts and prioritize measurement and analytics strategy for client engagement
  • Support client engagement with third-party vendors responsible for setting up and conducting measurement studies
  • Drive client, vertical, and industry adoption of preferred measurement methodologies, best practices, products, and approaches in support of the "learning agenda."
  • Design tests to showcase the power of measurement using client data and Meta or third-party tools
  • Conduct in-depth standard and custom ad effectiveness studies for Meta advertisers to understand the relative impact of different marketing strategies across digital platforms and across media
  • Translate complex or technical research results for a general audience
  • Consult with clients and agencies on business hypotheses to test, measurement design and feasibility and insights interpretation
  • Operate internal and external education and training workshops to raise awareness and advocacy of measurement solutions and analytical best practices (auction, use of lift tools)
  • Partner with Product and Partnerships teams to customize existing functionalities, inform roadmap development and pilot new, scalable solutions
  • Build AI tools and workflows that facilitate measurement, attribution, and client recommendations to scale and improve quality of guidance.
  • Use AI to improve ad-effectiveness research while ensuring statistical rigor and adherence to principles of causality.
  • Apply scientific judgment to validate AI outputs before they reach advertisers.
  • Deconstruct complex, cross-functional client measurement and analytics problems into actionable parts that address a larger goal by identifying where to use AI to make work more effective and where people should lead.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 8+ years of consulting, research, or analytics experience using data and numbers to formulate insights
  • Direct experience scoping and executing research projects with clients and/or cross-functional stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in building trusted relationships with clients and leadership experience at an industry level
  • Experience communicating technical content to all types of audiences (technical and non-technical) and influencing at executive levels
  • Client-facing experience (internal or external), including experience driving meetings and/or influencing through adoption of new products or research methods
  • Experience analyzing and manipulating datasets to understand patterns and provide insights
  • Experience working with large datasets and using SQL or similar tools
  • Experience with digital advertising measurement methods and technologies, including field experiments, experimental design, survey sampling, and/or panel data
  • Experience applying AI with advertising measurement context and judgement, maintaining high attention to detail for AI-augmented output so that it meets the client needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing a complex set of client relationships
  • Experience working with structured and unstructured data-sets using statistical methods and software such as R, SPSS, SAS
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field or a Masters of Business Administration

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
