The posting

Meta is searching for an experienced Program Manager to join our Tech Design and Enablement team. This is a pivotal role for a transformation leader who can drive enterprise-wide sourcing transformation initiatives. As an AI-native company, Meta is looking for someone who can think strategically about how to leverage AI—not just using it for the sake of it, but applying it with intent to drive real, measurable impact across our sourcing programs.

This role will be responsible for architecting enterprise-wide sourcing programs that redefine how Meta manages its global sourcing ecosystem. Working at the intersection of Strategic Sourcing, Finance, and Enterprise Products, you will drive the strategy, product roadmap, governance, and metrics for our most critical technology initiatives. We are looking for someone who can navigate ambiguity, design scalable and resource-optimized solutions, and apply a strategic lens to how AI and automation can accelerate outcomes across strategic sourcing workflows

Responsibilities

  • Architect and deliver the end-to-end strategy for key strategic programs that directly support the shift toward autonomous, AI-driven buying
  • Shape the multi-year vision for key sourcing programs - proactively identifying emerging opportunities and risks, developing original strategic recommendations, and translating these into actionable roadmaps with clear milestones using a data-driven approach
  • Take ownership of multiple, multi-layered cross-functional relationships. Proactively and strategically engage cross-functional stakeholders to drive the adoption of technology programs, processes, and tools
  • Drive the evolution of Meta's sourcing ecosystem by spearheading cross-functional engagement and change initiatives that bridge organizational silos, while owning the long-term roadmap for process optimization
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to the Tech Enablement lead - proactively analyzing market trends, sourcing landscape shifts, and internal data to surface insights and propose new strategic directions for sourcing programs
  • Deploy advanced data tools and analytical techniques to measure program performance and provide actionable insights for executive decision-making
  • Define, track, and report on program success metrics, ensuring clear visibility into ROI and business impact of key strategy initiatives and reporting outcomes to leadership
  • Operate with a high degree of independence — proactively identifying what needs to happen next, bringing forward ideas and recommendations, and maintaining momentum on key initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional experience in strategic sourcing or a related field, with deep hands-on experience in technology and data-driven transformation or enterprise systems implementation
  • Experience applying data analytical techniques to inform design decisions, developing fact-based success metrics, and continuously training data models and demonstrated experience incorporating data into design decisions, developing fact-based success metrics and continuously training data models
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale procurement or transformation programs with quantifiable outcomes (e.g., cost reduction, cycle time improvement, etc.)
  • Experience driving end-to-end process improvements and continuous improvement cycles in a global, time-sensitive corporate environment
  • Experience in program management or procurement transformation
  • B.A. or B.S. degree in supply chain, procurement, technology, data science, project management, program management, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • A self-directing work style with evidence of proactively advancing projects, making sound decisions with incomplete information, and bringing forward ideas and proposals without being asked
  • Demonstrated experience of operating with high autonomy - someone who is energized by the absence of explicit instruction
  • Proven track record of navigating complex, fast-changing environments where the requirements are fluid
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Demonstrated experience of moving projects forward by making high-judgment decisions with incomplete information and building consensus across stakeholders
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Demonstrated experience of developing and executing long-term strategic plans that resulted in measurable business transformation
  • Demonstrated experience of actively upskilling and experimenting with new tools and technologies, including exploring how AI can transform sourcing workflows
  • Experience with enterprise procurement systems and the implementation of sourcing-related technology solutions
  • In-depth knowledge across strategic sourcing, programme management, and procurement transformation. While extensive strategic sourcing experience is essential, candidates who can demonstrate meaningful experience across all three will stand out
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  • Proven communication skills with a demonstrated track record of leading change management efforts and overcoming operational barriers to adoption
  • High integrity, with a track record of building trust and operating transparently across teams and stakeholders

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
