Fondée avec l’ambition d’accompagner les entreprises dans la gestion et l’optimisation de leurs infrastructures IT, METALINE a su évoluer pour répondre aux enjeux technologiques d’aujourd’hui et de demain. Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un Chef de projet infrastructure H/F pour une mission stratégique.

Missions principales

  • Pilotage de projet Assurer le pilotage du projet de bout en bout, du cadrage à la clôture. Structurer le projet et élaborer les plannings et budgets. Identifier et gérer les risques, les dépendances et les plans d’action. Coordonner les différentes parties prenantes et assurer le suivi des fournisseurs et prestataires. Gouvernance et reporting Organiser et animer les comités projet et les comités de pilotage (COPIL). Assurer un reporting régulier sur l’avancement, les risques et les alertes. Présenter les avancées et les points d’attention en comité de direction. Gérer les escalades et assurer le suivi des décisions. Livraison et mise en production Organiser les phases de recette. Piloter la mise en production et le passage en RUN. Réaliser les bilans de projet et formaliser les retours d’expérience. Méthodologie Garantir le respect strict de la méthodologie projet interne. Adapter le pilotage aux pratiques du cycle en V et aux méthodes Agiles.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Maîtrise des méthodologies de gestion de projet : Cycle en V et Agile.
  • Capacité à piloter des projets transverses complexes en environnement grand compte.
  • Maîtrise du suivi des budgets, des plannings, des risques et des dépendances.
  • Connaissance des outils de gestion de projet : Triskell, Jira, SharePoint et Confluence.
  • Capacité à piloter les phases de recette, de mise en production et de passage en RUN.

Aptitudes et Compétences Relationnelles

  • Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et respect des méthodologies internes.
  • Excellentes capacités de coordination et de communication avec des interlocuteurs variés.
  • Aptitude à fédérer des équipes transverses et à gérer des parties prenantes multiples.
  • Capacité à animer des comités de projet et des COPIL, et à présenter des sujets auprès de la direction.
  • Esprit d’analyse, anticipation des risques et capacité à gérer les alertes et les escalades.
  • Bon relationnel, autonomie et sens des responsabilités.
  • Capacité à assurer le suivi des fournisseurs et des prestataires.

Expérience et formation

  • Minimum 8 ans d’expérience en gestion de projet.
  • Minimum 3 ans d’expérience dans le pilotage de projets transverses complexes.
  • Expérience confirmée en environnement grand compte.
  • Expérience en pilotage de projets impliquant plusieurs équipes et domaines : cybersécurité, infrastructure, réseau, production, architecture et conformité.
  • Une expérience sur des projets de refonte IAM (Identity and Access Management) serait un atout.
