Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un.e Chef.fe de Projet Migration des Sources de Logs pour piloter un projet transverse au sein d’un environnement IT complexe.

Missions principales

  • Piloter le projet de migration des sources de logs de bout en bout, du cadrage initial jusqu’à la mise en production et au passage en RUN.
  • Structurer le projet et élaborer le planning, le budget ainsi que les plans d’action associés.
  • Assurer le suivi des risques, des dépendances et des engagements afin de sécuriser les délais et la bonne réalisation du projet.
  • Coordonner les différentes parties prenantes, notamment les équipes infrastructure, cybersécurité, réseau, architecture et production/exploitation.
  • Organiser et animer les comités projet et les comités de pilotage (COPIL), y compris auprès des instances de direction.
  • Produire un reporting régulier sur l’avancement, les risques, les alertes et les éventuels points de blocage.
  • Assurer le suivi des prestataires et coordonner leurs interventions dans le respect des engagements contractuels et opérationnels.
  • Organiser les phases de recette, préparer la mise en production et accompagner le transfert vers les équipes opérationnelles.
  • Veiller au respect de la méthodologie projet interne, en intégrant les pratiques du cycle en V et les approches Agile selon le contexte.
  • Réaliser les bilans de projet et contribuer à l’amélioration continue des pratiques de pilotage.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Maîtrise de la gestion de projet et du pilotage de projets complexes en environnement grand compte.
  • Solides compétences en gestion budgétaire, planification, gestion des risques et suivi des dépendances.
  • Expérience du management transverse et de la coordination d’équipes aux expertises variées.
  • Maîtrise de l’animation des comités de pilotage et de la présentation de l’avancement auprès des instances de direction.
  • Expérience dans le suivi et la coordination de prestataires.
  • Connaissance des méthodologies projet en cycle en V et Agile.
  • Maîtrise des outils de gestion et de suivi de projet : Triskell, Jira, SharePoint et Confluence.

Aptitudes et Compétences Relationnelles

  • Excellentes capacités de communication et de coordination dans des environnements transverses.
  • Leadership et capacité à fédérer des équipes sans lien hiérarchique direct.
  • Esprit de synthèse et aisance dans la présentation des enjeux, des risques et de l’avancement auprès du management.
  • Rigueur et organisation dans le suivi des engagements, des budgets et des délais.
  • Proactivité dans la gestion des alertes, des escalades et des situations complexes.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs interlocuteur.rice.s et à maintenir une vision globale du projet.

Expérience et formation

  • Minimum 8 ans d’expérience en gestion de projet.
  • Au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans le pilotage de projets transverses complexes.
  • Expérience confirmée dans la conduite de projets d’infrastructure en environnement grand compte.
  • Expérience de la gouvernance projet, de l’animation de COPIL et du reporting auprès de la direction.
  • Un niveau d’anglais professionnel constitue un atout, sans être un prérequis indispensable.
